Conditions for applying for membership
Graduates of the following majors may apply for membership in the Association:
- "construction" and "architecture" for the specialties "construction process management" and "construction investment project management",
- "construction" and "architecture" and economics, law, marketing and management and related business majors for the specialty "construction company management"
The basis for applying for PABM membership is a specific set of skills, experience and practical preparation for management in the construction industry.
Qualifications in the field of construction management
Management of building construction processes:
- preparation of offers based on market knowledge and marketing research,
- negotiating and concluding contracts,
- comprehensive preparation of the process (technological, technical, organizational, cost and quality aspects),
- controlling the course of the construction process in order to maintain the agreed conditions, i.e. deadlines, costs, quality, safety and environmental protection,
- documenting the course of the process, acceptances, settlements, guarantees.
Construction company management:
- marketing (marketing management),
- marketing (marketing management),
- technical resource management,
- production and service management,
- finance management,
- strategic management.
Conducting investment and construction processes:
- investment effectiveness analysis,
- selection and preparation of an organizational strategy for the implementation of the full course of the project,

- acquiring contractors, suppliers and other project participants,

- investor's supervision, covering all activities and duties performed in the name of the investor's interest and in order to maintain legal and technical standards,
