European roots
PSMB was established in cooperation with The Association of European Building Surveyors and Construction Experts (AEEBC) and The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) - international organizations associating entities and institutions from European countries, in order to educate and certify managerial qualifications of construction staff.
The main task of AEEBC is to create conditions for recognizing qualifications and to act as an intermediary between professional associations from member states in preparing procedures for recognizing managerial qualifications of members of one organization in other organizations of member states.
